Refund policy

If your eligibility check or the review of your documents shows you don't qualify before we begin preparing your application, we refund our service fee in full. There's nothing to ask twice for -- if the ineligibility is on our side of the process, the refund happens as part of closing your file.

Government fees -- application fees, annual registration and licence fees, and any other provincial or municipal charge -- go directly to the City of Kelowna or the Province of British Columbia, not to us. We don't refund a government fee once it's been paid; a refund request for a government fee goes to the City or the Province directly.

Once we've started preparing your application -- reviewing your documents, filling out forms, or filing with an authority -- our service fee reflects that work and is not automatically refundable. If something's gone wrong on our end, tell us and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
